. Normal Printing Problem Solution:
1. My printer reports “The following print head has a problem” or any error message, how do we process the next step?
LKB Answer: Just skip the message, and press “OK” or “Continue” and go on printing.
2. My printer did not recognize the print head, how do we do?
LKB Answer: ① please take off print heads, use eraser to clean the chips softly and tissue paper to clean the metal touch pot softly(can’t finger touch), and then re-install the print head; Or ②You can use a knife to tear off the remanufactured print head chip, and then use the double-side tape to paste the original chip.
3. My printer hasn’t printed for a long time, now the printer report shows that the print head has a problem, how do we do?
LKB Answer: ① Your printer at least needs to print 1~2 pages twice a week. ② Because haven’t printed for a long time, the print head is a little dry, soak the print head nozzle into hot water with around 75°degree almost 2 hours or half day, and then use tissue paper to touch the nozzle and absorb it.
4. My printhead nozzle was clogged, how do we do?
LKB Answer: 1) Soak the nozzle into hot water around 75°degree for almost 2 hours(no water on Chip). 2) After soaking, use wet tissue paper to absorb it at nozzle.

Tips and Suggestions
Before start to clean, please refer to the blow 3 tips then decide if our printhead solution is suitable for your printer. Most of customers can clean their printhead successfully under our guidance.
1.This printer ink head cleaner kit couldn’t solve all blockages. Such as:
(1)The printhead cleaner doesn’t work for badly clogged head and insoluble substances inside the nozzle.
(2)It doesn’t work for very old aged printhead since it may cause more clogging after cleaning.
2.Since you are not professional, there is a risk of damaging the printer when repairing it by yourself. If there is leakage or improper operation when injecting the fluid cleaner to the printhead, it will burn the circuit, even damage the printer completely.
3.After finish cleaning with this fluid, you need to run the“Nozzle Cleaning” program, it will need a lot of ink. If there is only a little ink left, please refill or change to a new cartridg
